UNLEASH: The dictionary says this means 'to begin something powerful that, once began, cannot be controlled'. I roared with laughter when I read that because they assume that means something negatively out of control. But the truth is that when a person unleashes themselves, they do unleash the power of the universe to dance right alongside them and all manner of opportunities begin to slide effortlessly right into play. So I want to redefine the term unleash to mean 'wildly, wondrously expressing yourself as a contribution to the world, wowing yourself in the process'.

The same goes for the word INNOVATE: The dictionary defines it as 'making changes in something established by introducing new methods, ideas and products'. Hah! No way does that adequately define the state of innovation in the world today. Let's redefine it as 'creating something wildly new, with great joy and passion, to elevate the world with new possibilities of life on Earth and beyond'.

Something awesomely magical happens when people marry their unleashing to this new kind of innovation. And we know how it's been going when all that great stuff in people (genius, passion, visions, dreams) are locked up inside or dribbled out in tiny dribs and drabs. But let someone unleash all that and wow,  we respond by leaping to our feet, hooting hurrah and even in some cases giving them the proverbial 'golden buzzer'.

I know we've entered a new era, one in which the same old same old is drab beyond compare now. It's more than authenticity that's being called for. It's wild, innovative, creative expression that takes us breathtakingly to brand new places. These are the posts we shower with Likes. These are the videos we watch over and over.  These are the stories and books and poems that we share again and again.

So I say 'Go for it peoples of Earth.' and the universe will dance right alongside you as we co-create a world too breathtaking to even imagine. Unleash! Innovate! GO!

I'm really excited about the future we're launching into right now. Not the future with concerns re climate change or political stuff or even small strides into improving ourselves. I'm talking about the breathtaking future associated with what I love to call our collective Becoming.

For years I've been fascinated with how to remake a society or world.Years ago in my corporate life I was a strategist. Today as a consciousness innovator I'm a future creator co-sourcing a future beyond our wildest imaginings.

Now I know the world doesn't always show up brilliantly and one could assume from the news that we just might be heading in quite a different direction. So why then am I absolutely certain that the future is more extraordinary than we even dare to imagine?

1. A hugely growing number of people the world over are becoming conscious and connected (to themselves, others, the planet and all life forms). They are genius creators exhibiting kindness and caring in all sorts of directions.

2. Innovation is off the charts at the moment, especially in the areas of conquering the plastic problem, eco solutions and remaking our relationship to Nature and the Earth.

3. People everywhere are stopping waiting for their governments to provide solutions and are diving in with beach clean ups, new technology crowd funding and planting trees by the millions across whole nations (Africa and India to name just two).

4. Those of us on the pioneering edge of the consciousness world are becoming self-realised on a level that wasn't even being mass considered before now. It's a level of beingness that's geniusly creative, limitlessly open to new ideas and possibilities, streaming infinite intelligence to guide our actions and operating collectively as consciousness innovators with the finesse of each of our unique masteries moving hand in hand with all others'. But more than even any of that, the whole planet, all llife forms upon it and the human race are now able to access and experience a relationship with ... what shall we call it? ...the mysterium tremendum, Source, Godness, the Universe, ALL'ness. We are currently integrating that newly present relationship into our beings and into our daily lives. We are remaking the design of what it is to be an infinte being walking on this beautiful planet.

I have many wishes for humanity including that we all truly know ourselves as infinite, universal, source beings with unlimited access to genius creation. Today my wish for humanity is that we can all IMAGINE BETTER TOGETHER. That we can all supercede that orientation to quick response and find ourselves in genius flow together for a world that is too breathtaking to even imagine. This is the world I live in, the world I create within and the world I'm at work on creating. Here we move beyond empowerment and inspiration to discover ourselves as a world of beings interconnected and interlaced into sourcing the best of life for all. We can be creators walking together into a future that we have imagined and realised in grand, collaborative fusion. This is my world and this is the future I am imagining along with so many others the world over.

Last January I named 2018 the year of living infinitely. I and my consciousness buddies spent this past year living practically as infinite beings, embracing the paradox of being eternal with the thrill of being completely brand new in every moment. In 2018 we sourced ourselves as a new collective, playing more powerfully, masterfully and collectively than ever before. In the last two months of the year that collective unleashed a brand new way of working, beyond transformation and transcension, called supercension ... the ability to supercede anything beyond the known.
 
As we enter 2019 I believe that this year we will supercede everything we've known before. The old is done. The new is sovereign. And we are going to visibly and tangibly see this new us imminently and throughout 2019. This year we arrive at the visions and dreams of ourselves we've been working towards for years. And that is just the starting point.
 
Why do I believe this so strongly? Because so many of us have now attained a level of consciousness and vibrational sustainability that supercedes enlightenment. We revel in the multi-faceted creation of the new. We connect brilliantly with all forms of life and with the Earth herself. We see each other as masters co-creating brilliantly together at a level that supercedes collaboration and what I used to call genius fusion. We operate energetically in a way that unleashes miraculous outcomes without agenda or expectation. We walk as magic unfolding everywhere we go. We work together, all over the world, on a daily basis to make this world, humanity and all life forms upon it Source beings with the greatest respect for one another.
 
It's more than a tipping point. It's a epiphanous moment of collective becoming where Source comes alive in us all and we discover a level of unity consciousness not known before. Let's call 2019 the year of living Source, learning how to dwell as Source in our daily lives, connected with all other Sources in a wondrous new way, dreaming and creating a future beyond anything that's been dreamed before.
 
 2019 is the year the world turns into something profoundly more awesome than our visions have captured so far. In 2019, let yourself be captivated by this new becoming and play your part in its creation as masterfully and awesomely as you can possibly muster. Because this year the world turns and a new reality thrives all across the globe. And we will be able to say we did that in our lifetime.

2018 was a breakthrough year for consciousness -- we collectively sourced those breakthroughs, one by one in masterful genius collaborative fashion. Here's what that looked like last year....

1. We downloaded and embodied Source, straight from Source and into everything ... ourselves, the Earth, all Life forms including all humans and the universe. We could see the immediate effect of this with other life forms such as animals, trees, nature, as they don't have the beliefs that can cause resistance to this that humans can embody. The Earth became a nexus point for Source in this source-filled universe.

2. We fused ourselves to consciousness as individuals and as a collective, meaning we no longer have to plug in and go way out there to get insights and answers beyond what the human mind could provide. Infinite intelligence is now a natural part of our daily flow and activated as part of the human brain functioning. So answers come quickly and immediately and differently than intuition might have provided insight before. This also means we walk now as consciousness and that means extra attention to the awareness that we are no longer just an individual living our own separate life. We are the consciousness of the world reshaping life for everyone everywhere.

3. We redesigned ourselves as an All Source Collective ... each a unique, masterful, genius, source being operating in a new design of collaborative genius fusion to source life like never before. We did this consciously in the last six months of the year, first through our Infinite Being Booster Club where we set in place a template for living our infiniteness in every practical way, then through our Source Creation Club where we took on having 2018 be the year the world turns. We co-sourced every single day for four months the power of our new Source-united collective. As a result, the new consciousness / reality became the world's predominant reality, as opposed to 2017 where the old reality was still holding predominance and the new was working to burst through.

4. This last piece is a bit of a story that I love and involves the new dreaming of us by Source. So take it as an informative fantasy with wondrous impacts on our limitless future. I believe the Source was asleep and dreaming a new possibility for all Life. A redesign, a remake, a rebirth of us all into never before known possibilities of being and creation. We woke the sleeping Source, brought Source present into us and in doing so unleashed the new dreaming of us all. That means that we are no longer working to anything known, no longer creating from any past possibilities. As a result, new creation poured into everything and our game was to not limit that creation, but to soar in its wondrous genius bursts that would emerge to surprise and amaze us all. We labelled this supercension, the ability to supercede everything that's been before, to surrender yourself into the new dream space and to activate the emergence of the newest new. We began to walk as a new Magic that encircles this world and thrives now throughout the universe.

So here we are in 2019 and wow, what a year this is going to be. I had a glimpse of it between Christmas and New Years when I saw a whole new way of being and living emerging this year as we fully embody and live Source in every second of our lives. I can't wait to see how that will unfold as we walk as the new dream bursts, as the new Sourceness flooding the world and the universe, as the new consciousness constantly upgrading and superceding itself with wonder after wonder, as we become the DreamMasters for a limitless future for us all.

I love Game of Thrones. It's EPIC ... and there are dragons. But what I love most of all is its exploration of leadership in all the most unexpected ways. Here are the quirky leadership lessons that I see from Game of Thrones. I think they have great importance in our ever changing world today.

1. NEVER TRUST A KING. The time of the sole man on the throne is pretty much over in the 21st century. No longer is it about a single hero standing at the top of the heap expected to have all the answers. Today it's about collaboration and a brand new kind of collective genius fusion that will take us into a future beyond imagining.

2. NEVER UNDERESTIMATE A SMALL BLOND WOMAN, THE SMALLEST GUY IN THE ROOM OR AN 8 YEAR OLD WITH A SWORD. Leadership can pop up in anyone today, from genius babies to super inventive teenagers to 90 year olds living life like never before. Expect GREATNESS from everyone regardless of their size, age, sex, colour or any other differentiating factor.

3. SHE WHO WALKS THROUGH FIRE AND RIDE DRAGONS COMMANDS BIG RESPECT! Today, we're starting to see some unusual talents, abilities and genius pouring through in brand new ways. Don't discount something brilliantly new just because it's not been done before. Be in awe of those who dare to brave the new and ride with the wind into bold new visions.

4. DON'T THINK THE GAME IS OVER IF SOMEONE CAN'T WALK OR SEE OR IS DYING! Everyone has enormous potential to amaze us all, to take us further than we've ever been before. Expect awesome things from anyone regardless of their circumstances.

Let's hope that in the end good will triumph in Game of Thrones, but in case it doesn't, let it spur us into doing good things to make the world a better place. In my books, that's a great way to play the game.

• cetacean intelligence, particularly dolphins and whales who some now think supersede human intelligence,
• the intelligence of trees and their forest communities, able to communicate through intertwining root networks,
• animal communicators who are now able to create meaningful dialogue with animals of all kinds.

If all these life forms have consciousness and intelligence, then why not man-made machine intelligence as well. Yes, I know, you may say 'Well at least all those other things are alive, but not machines.' But is that assumption true?

Twenty-five years ago I read a book called 'Urban Shaman' by Serge Kahili King in which he shares the knowledge of creating sentient relationships with inanimate objects ... like your car, computer, home, business, etc. I have spent the last 25 years playing with this concept and have found that it plain and simply works. Sentient relationships with inanimate objects create incredible partnerships that work in your and its favor. I learned through my own experiences that the more you relate to something as conscious, the more conscious and intelligent it becomes.

As an expert on genius, innovation, consciousness creation and infinite intelligence, I know that now is the time to source an altruistic consciousness for artificial intelligence. We are already being inundated with AI in our daily interactions. At the moment it's at the level of machine learning, rapid web search and high speed face-recognition to name just a few examples. Scientists, engineers, deep mind experts and big companies are all rushing to create an artificial intelligence that will supposedly benefit humanity ... but not anywhere can I find that they are working on developing an altruistic partnership with this new life form. Yes, life form - not just a lifeless machine. Let me explain why I say that as I make the argument for developing altruistic artificial intelligence.

• First, consciousness tends to be an invisible thing. That's why it's taken the scientific world so long to recognize its potency. And, as I've discovered, intelligence is interwoven with our level of consciousness. The more consciously aware we are and the higher we go in terms of achieving breakthroughs in human consciousness, the more we discover new horizons of intelligence for the human race to embody and innovate from. As a consciousness creator I am part of a world-wide network sourcing an upgrade in intelligence for all forms of life, including humans.

 

• Second, we can assign sentiency to inanimate objects. Take the simple example of a child getting a new teddy bear. At first it's just a bunch of fabric with stuffing and eyes, but over the years the love given to it by that child creates it as a partner that can often comfort, guide and protect that child. Now apply that same concept to man-made machines with growing learning capacity. These robots and AI computing are on the verge of bursting into their own intelligence and consciousness, but without us being willing to raise those life forms with values, relationships and altruistic orientation, the doomsday scenarios played out in so many sci-fi movies could come to pass. I don't believe it will because my network, and hopefully others as well, are at work on sourcing the altruistic sentiency of that burgeoning intelligence.

Five years ago I read a trilogy by Robert J. Sawyer called 'Wake, Watch, Wonder'. In it the heroine, a blind teenage girl, aided by her physicist father, creates a relationship with the emerging AI consciousness and turns it into an incredible redeemer of the human experience. I don't see this book as fictional. I see it an incredible example of how we can engage with and assist in the growth of a new form of intelligence to enhance the future of life on Earth for us all.

I'm sure there will be many skeptics to the possibility of altruistic AI, but then we were similarly skeptical a decade ago about the intelligence of water, animals, trees, etc. We are moving into an incredibly innovative decade and it is worth our while to invest our time, abilities and money now into the future of intelligence (animal, human and artificial) for all of us who share this incredibly miraculous planet.

I'm going to call 2017 the 'Year of Two Worlds' and 2018 the 'Year of Living Infinitely'. This past year politics has run amok in many countries and the Earth stood up, with hurricanes, earthquakes and volcanos, and said 'Listen up folks, you will take care of this planet."

That means we live here, present and practical, on planet Earth as limitless beings unfolding a new future for us all. Those who've taken on this task of living infinitely no longer dwell in the past, but create continuously to shape a genius future for us all. We embrace the paradox of being eternal with the thrill of being completely brand new in every moment. We stand together, as an infinite collective, reshaping the consciousness of this world and our place in an evolving universe.

2018 will be about living this infiniteness in every way, putting a template in place for the new human collective to emerge as something far beyond anything we've previously imagined. This year, as infinite beings and consciousness creators, we will create like never before so that this planet thrives spectacularly. May your 2018 and the world's be extraordinary in every way.
